5. Webstore software – Shopify

Our online store is built using Shopify . Shopify processes personal data on our behalf as a processor. Shopify has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Shopify may store data outside the EU, but does so in accordance with applicable GDPR rules and standard contractual clauses.

6. Payments – MultiSafepay & ING

We use the following to process payments:

  • MultiSafepay (payment processor)
  • ING Bank (bank transactions)

MultiSafepay processes your payment information (such as name, IBAN, or payment method) independently and in accordance with its own privacy policy. Karigram does not have access to full payment information .

7. Shipping – PostNL

To deliver orders, we share necessary data with PostNL , including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Place of residence

PostNL uses this information solely to carry out the delivery.

8. Administration and accounting – e-Boekhouden.nl

We use e-Boekhouden.nl for our administration and accounting.
We process the following:

  • Invoice details
  • Name and address details
  • Order details

This information is stored securely and used exclusively for administrative and tax purposes. Karigram handles its own administration and does not use an external accountant .

9. Retention periods

We do not store personal data longer than necessary:

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal obligation)
  • Customer accounts: as long as the account is active
  • Email communication: as long as necessary for customer service

After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, including:

  • Limited access to data
  • Secure software and systems
