Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this deadline, we will notify you.

If you spend €50 or more in our webshop, we'll deliver your order to your home free of charge. For orders under €50, we charge the following fees:

RETURNS
Want to return an order? You can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To register your return, please send an email to support@karigram.com . We will then send you the return address. Please also include your order number in your email. You will receive a confirmation once we have processed your return.

Conditions for returns:

- The items must be clean, unused, well packaged and undamaged.
You pay the shipping costs yourself. Keep your shipping receipt!
- Custom made products cannot be returned.

After receiving the returned product, you will receive written confirmation. The purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 14 business days.
